Operator identity

This site is operated by Mikhail Kostan, an individual researcher and engineer resident in Colombia, trading as auriglyph (the "Lab"). We develop sealed computational engines across the domains described on this site. Correspondence: [email protected].

Nature of published content

The evidence pages, benchmark figures, technical descriptions, and instrument summaries published on this site are provided for informational purposes only. They represent the Lab's internal research results obtained under the conditions described on each page and do not constitute:

• An offer to sell, license, or transfer any engine, algorithm, corpus, or artefact;
• A guarantee or warranty of performance in any environment other than the one described;
• Professional technical, legal, financial, or investment advice of any kind;
• A representation that results are reproducible without the specific software stack, hardware, and corpus described.

Benchmark reproduction requires access to the exact binary and corpus under NDA. Published numbers are from controlled runs on the hardware noted per page.

Intellectual property

All engines, algorithms, compression techniques, codec architectures, identifier protocols, benchmark methodologies, corpus structures, cryptographic constructions, and derived artefacts described or implied on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of auriglyph. All rights reserved.

• No content on this site grants any licence, right, or interest in any Lab IP, whether express, implied, or by estoppel.
• The auriglyph name, wordmark, logotype, and the instrument identifiers (τ, η, γ, σ, δ, ξ, ζ, id) are proprietary designations. Use without written consent is prohibited.
• Reverse-engineering, benchmarking for competitive purposes, or reproduction of technical details without authorisation is prohibited.

No warranties

This site and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. The Lab does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, auriglyph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — this site or any content on it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that the law does not permit to be limited. Where any limitation here is held unenforceable, it applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Not financial or investment advice

Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or regulatory advice. Technical performance metrics are engineering measurements, not projections of commercial value. Any decision to invest in, partner with, or procure technology from auriglyph must be made independently and based on your own due diligence. Institutional access is gated by the NDA process precisely because materials disclosed under it are sensitive and context-dependent.

Governing law

Where no such agreement exists, the laws of the Lab's primary jurisdiction of operation shall apply.
