Boundaries stated openly — not as fine print, not at the bottom of a card. Reading these now is as honest as reading the numbers above.

·No clinical diagnostic claim. Helix is research-grade. Genomic interpretation belongs to clinicians.

·No FDA, CE, or any regulatory clearance. Pursuing these is a roadmap target, not a current status.

·No general-purpose compressor. Tau is calibrated for EVM-class transactions; adversarial random bytes fall through to opaque encoding.

·No universal classifier. Gamma operates on a capability lattice — out-of-distribution code returns "unclassified", never a false verdict.

·No SaaS hosting. Single-workstation deterministic engines, not a managed service.

·No alignment / AGI claim. Zeta is an alpha-stage divergence detector, not a solution to the alignment problem.

·No LLM at inference. No model is trained, downloaded, or required at runtime by any engine.

·Delta is risk-management, not alpha generation. Underperforms indices on raw returns in stable bull regimes.
